Points = Seed × Round Number. Higher seeds (bigger upsets) earn more points. Deeper runs earn more per win.

💡 Upset picks are rewarded — a 12-seed reaching the Sweet 16 earns 36 pts vs just 3 pts for a 1-seed doing the same.
